Membership Meeting April 10th, 2026 at 6:00 PM Bethel Lutheran Church, 295 Old County Road, Templeton
At this meeting Chris Maragakis will share his wine journey from purchasing wine making kits early on his career, to buying fruit - winemaking in his garage, to working in several cellars and eventually delving into making natural wine. He will talk about the vineyard management and wine making practices of Natural Wine, pros and cons to conventional wine making styles. He will showcase some natural no-sulfites added, unfiltered wine for the curious, we will talk about the flavour profiles and the hardships that come about making natural wine.
Please bring a bottle of wine or beer and a substantial appetizer or dish to share. As usual, please bring your plates, glasses and utensils.
