WINE MAKING EQUIPMENT

One of the benefits of belonging to Wines & Steins is the opportunity to borrow Club equipment to make beer and wine. However, there is one major requirement. You must attend one of the beer or wine equipment seminars on the proper use and care of the equipment before you can borrow it. It makes no difference if you are already experienced. NOTE: This equipment is for the use of current dues paid members of Wines & Steins only!

The winemaking equipment is stored in Hank Grattan's barn (c/o Meadow Oaks farm), at 1845 Lupine Ln Templeton. Location is one block south of Wild Horse Winery which is on Templeton Dr.

Reservations of equipment may be made in advance by calling Hank at 434-1505. If you make your own reservation in person please fill out a pre printed duplicate reservation form. Original stays in the equipment room and the duplicate goes to Hank.

When equipment is used you must complete the "sign out"; sheet with the required information. All equipment is due back within 24 hours unless otherwise approved.

ALL EQUIPMENT MUST BE RETURNED ON TIME AND IN A CLEAN CONDITION AS A COURTESY TO THE NEXT USER.
